Buyer who nominate 24 hour courier service can contact seller if parcel did not turn up after two days. We could not guarantee on the date of delivered unless buyer have paid for royal mail special delivery service. If buyer request refund upon this situation, actual postage cost spent will not be refund. Consignment returned to seller In circumstances shipping provider failed to deliver the item due to recipient non-responsive or address incorrect, buyer need to bare the postage cost for the parcel to re-shipping. Any modified product such as painted sensors will void the warranty. Buyer need to contact seller to check their warranty period before returning any parts. If the return parts received are working fine after testing, customer need to cover the postage cost to return the item to buyer. We will test the defective part and supply the replacement unit if confirm item faulty not damaged by force. Warranty Claim In term to claim warranty for defective goods, buyer need to return the faulty part on their cost. Refund will not be issued if the buyer refuse to send the declaration and we will assume customer do received the item. Refund or resend of the parcel will be process once the claim form received.
